This could be any childbirth prep class in the past 40 years, but for one thing: When childbirth educator Candyce Warren asks how many are planning an anesthesia-free delivery, just one shy hand goes up.

I find it interesting that with the increased popularity of epidurals, one of the areas to suffer is childbirth education classes.
