Angelina Jolie - The rumors abound

Recently showing off a baby-bump, Angelina Jolie is supposedly pregnant again. No official announcement has been made, but little is being done to hide her current state. Brad Pitt had stated before that he found her “sexy” while pregnant, so no doubt the couple are enjoying the enlarging belly.
So far the rumors are:
She is expecting twins;
she is expecting a girl;
she will deliver in Los Angeles;
she will deliver in France;
Personally, I’m curious as to whether or not she chooses an elective repeat cesarean, or a VBAC. Her first child was born via cesarean due to breech presentation.
